Useful Life

Useful life is defined in hours. Most have a 500-800 hr lifespan. It is often emphasized as the time after which the lamp experiences a 30% decrease in power of UV radiation ouput.

Lamp life  is heavily influenced by the working conditions, such as temperature, power of the choke system, line voltage, etc.
